I love the fact that these come in pre-packed daily AM and PM doses. Perfect for me as I am on the go or traveling. I have been eating healthier and going to the gym weekly. Good nutritional supplements are so important to include daily. Since I have been taking these I have more energy and a piece of mind knowing my body is getting what it needs! Thanks to Spare Soles I got to review some of their products! I got the three pairs shown here on this post and love them! The black flip flops are my favorite for summer.
