Flicka 2 Review and Giveaway...

My family was excited to be able to review this DVD! Carrie (Tammin Sursok) is a big city girl that lives with her Grandma but when her Grandma can't take care of her anymore she is sent to live with her Father (Patrick Warburton) on a horse ranch in Wyoming. She has a hard time adjusting until she meets a black mustang named Flicka. Carrie and Flicka form a close bond right away. When Flicka gets into trouble on another guys ranch and is going to be taken to the slaughter house, Carrie takes matters into her own hands and sets Flicka free. This is a feel good movie that has touching moments between a father and daughter trying to get to know each other, it also has romance. We really enjoyed this movie.

Based on the best-selling novel, hearts will race when exhilarating family adventure Flicka 2 arrives on DVD May 4^th from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. The uplifting film directed by Michael Damian (Moondance Alexander), a continuation of popular 2006 Flicka that starred Tim McGraw, features Patrick Warburton (“Family Guy”, “Seinfeld”), newcomer Tammin Sursok (“The Young And The Restless”) and country legend Clint Black.

Carrie (Sursok) is a big-city teenager whose life is turned upside down when she moves to a horse ranch in Wyoming to live with her father (Warburton). Avatar Review...

I was excited to be able to review the Avatar DVD! We all liked it here at my house and will for sure watch it again!

This is a great DVD. It's full of action and romance. I love the story line in this movie and all the detail that has been put into it! Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) is a marine who is a paraplegic. He volunteers to go to Pandora to try to get the Na'vi people to leave the area they are in because there is a precious ore that can make lots of money for the Marines. When Jake learns the ways of the Na'vi he starts to care about them and falls in love with Neytiri (Zoe Saldana). I have always enjoyed movies that have lots of action and also romance! I also really like the last action scene when Jake Sully ends up fighting Colonel Miles Quaritch (Steven Lang). Avatar also employs a new generation of special effects! If you haven't seen Avatar yet, then this is a movie you won't want to miss!
