Have you ever read a book, watched a tv show with literally 'NO THOUGHT' as to what you read or watched and then have the ideas and images pop back into your mind?
I just did this weekend while on a drive back from Colorado read a book filled with Empty calories...empty food!

Choice...a lot times, we do not have that many choices, but we should be grateful for the choices we do, even if it feels like the only choice you have in the day is the time you go to bed in the evening.

This is a wonderful idea. My favorite quote is "All you need is love". A way I keep positive is reminding myself of people that have it harder than I do.
In life try to focus on whether or not your need got me rather than on who met your need. It will save you a lot of grief. For example, if your husband sat on the couch the entire weekend and did not help you with the kids. Then instead of being angry that you did not get a break, then (if you are a stay at home mom) hire a college gal to come during the week to come over and relieve you so that you can get a break. Thus, you will get a break! (If you focus on trying to have your husband give you a break, you will be frustrated and angry.)

We attended a wedding on Saturday and my beautiful daughter was maid of honor. It was a time to dance, a time for joy! ...last year I would never have been able to attend something like this. It was a huge and wonderful revelation to see such a positive and self assured almost 30 year old woman my daughter has become...a hard won fight for her and a complete joy for me as a mom!

A big positive for me is my sister and her family are in from Cali. She has 6 children from ages under a year to 13 and they are all here. Love spending time with them.
