Our Review:

This is a classic that everyone should own on Blu-ray! We love Mary Poppins! She is so happy and positive and always spreads joy every place she goes. It was so fun watching this again and remembering all the classic songs, like a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down and supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I thought it was funny when Mary Poppins was talking to Andrew the dog and Michael's mouth dropped open. He couldn't believe that she understood the dog because all he heard was barking. I like all the singing and dancing throughout the whole movie. People of all ages love this movie!

The Blu-ray extras include Mary-OKE's where you can sing along to some of the songs in the movie. Mary Poppins 50th Anniversary Edition gets a big thumbs up from our family!

Our Review:

We really enjoyed this movie! Johnny Depp is such a funny actor. He plays Tonto and does a great job. There is plenty of action and comedy in this film. I loved when the white horse named Silver basically brings John Reid (Lone Ranger) back to life after he was shot and left for dead. Tonto is trying to get Silver to pick John's brother, a strong warrior, but he keeps taking John's white hat and dropping it in front of him saying he is the one. I loved all the action on the trains. It was fun watching them try to unhook the different train cars without falling off the train. One of the funniest parts of the movie was the end when The Lone Ranger says his famous saying, hi ho Silver away and Tonto says never do that again.

There are a bunch of extras on the Blu-ray also. The Bloopers are pretty funny. There are deleted scenes, Riding The Rails Of The Lone Ranger and plenty more!

OUR REVIEW:

Despicable Me 2 is so funny! We loved it! The Minions are cute and even though they don't talk, you will be rolling with laughter watching them interact with each other. I liked the scene when Gru gets kidnapped and two of the Minions are trying to save him. One of them jumps on the trunk of the car and tried pulling the other one up but all he can grab is his overalls. The overalls stretch out and he ends up skiing then falls in a box and riding in the box for a few, all while his buddy is holding his overall straps. He's having a blast and had me laughing out loud. I also liked the chicken attacking Gru and Lucy when they break into El Macho's restaurant to see if he stole a secret laboratory. It was funny watching them fight the chicken. This is a good, clean and fun movie everyone will enjoy. This is for sure a must see!

There are some really good special features also! There are short movies with the Minions. We thought the puppy one was so cute. There are some features of the Minions and the Evil Minions and plenty more that are worth watching. A HUGE thumbs up from our family for Despicable Me 2!!
