I am excited to tell you about a company called Stir It Up Cuisine!
It's owned and operated by Patricia Kiernan, a native Jamaican who has cultivated the art of Caribbean cuisine through family recipes that have been passed down through the generations.
The Islands offer a unique collection of foods. Blended with herbs, spices and indigenous ingredients, Stir It Up Cuisine's recipes are spicy or mild, reflecting the taste of the individual, and promise to tantalize the most skeptical of palates.
Their Caribbean menu incorporates a fusion of cuisines from the Islands reflected in their stews, hot Jamaican curries, and rice and beans derived from African influences. They also prepare traditional meals cooked with a Caribbean flair.
In addition to catering you can also order some yummy products from their site. They have a pepper jelly collection (in orange-mango, lime-zest, and original) as well as a scrumptious cheese torte.
My family was really excited to try the pepper jelly! It is so delicious on top of some cream cheese on a cracker! I am going to serve this at our next holiday party. I know all the guests are going to go crazy over it and love it! It is sweet and also has a little kick. What a fantastic idea these are for gifts!
Make sure and visit the Stir It Up Cuisine site they have such brilliant products!! They are also on Facebook and Twitter!
Thank you so very much Stir It Up Cuisine for the wonderful products and customer service! Thank you also for the donations for the Serving Others This Holiday Season project!
