We opened the Find Your Feelings Box first...

We sure are enjoying the How are You Feeling Magnet, Pinch Me Sand, Fox Feelings Card Ring, Story of Tomorrow Journal, Fox Plush and more.

It was so fun seeing the kids faces light up with excitement as we opened each box!

The Pinch Me Sand is really cool!

We all took turns making creations out of it. We thought it was not only fun but also relaxing.

The magnet is also a huge hit at our house...

We are having so much fun with it! It's a great way to teach kids how to express their feelings.

Talking with each other about our feelings each day has been so awesome.

Our grandson loves finding comfort from the soft and super cuddly fox...

He was so excited when we told him he could sleep with him. After playing for many hours, they both slept really well snuggled up together.

When he woke up in the morning he said the fox helped him to have really good dreams.

We absolutely love the Move Your Mood box also...

Inside we were thrilled to find a Oil Bubbler, Stop Sign Choices, Calm Down Bracelets, Nature Yoga Cards, Gratitude Journal and Plush Octopus Mood.
We all found calm by doing Nature Yoga together...

Since we all love butterflies that was our favorite pose.
It was so cute watching her imagine her legs fluttering like butterfly wings.
Then we talked about all the other things in the box and how we will use them to help us.

Our sweet granddaughter loves her new octopus!
She said it is happy and smiling just like she is. We were able to show her when she is sad the octopus can turn inside out and has a sad face on it as well. This is another great way to express how we are feeling.
The gratitude journal is going to be fantastic for helping us to focus on the positive things!
The “How to Coach” card inside of the boxes gave us instructions on how to use the items along with CBT techniques. It introduces the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (the foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Our family thinks it is awesome The UPside Delivered provides resources that families can use at home during stressful times.

Thank you so very much The UPside Delivered for the amazing products that help us to stay calm.

Now here's the really exciting part!

I get to give a lucky winner a Find Your Feelings Box!
