Our Review:

My hubby loves going to the arcade and playing video games. He was so excited to see Wreck-It Ralph because it's all about video games. Seeing this movie in 3D was awesome! The 3D technology makes the characters come to life. We liked the creativity of what happens after the arcade closes and the characters go about their life outside of the game. I felt bad for Ralph having to live in the dump and sleep on bricks. He just wants to be a good guy and not live in the dump anymore. It was fun seeing all the old video games referenced, like Qbert, Pac-man and Tapper. I loved the little girl in the Sugar Rush game. When she first meets Ralph, she starts mimicking him. She is really funny and makes you laugh throughout the movie. Ralph doesn't like her at first but then when he sees her being bullied by the other girls he stands up for her and they become good friends.

There are some fun special features too. I loved the Disney intermission. When you pause the movie to go get a drink or something, it gives you information and insights on the characters. It will keep your kids entertained while you step away for a minute. Then you can resume the movie where you left off. I found myself pausing the movie just to get more info on the characters and learn more about the movie.

The paperman short is pretty good too and it's always interesting watching the making of the movie.

This is a good family movie that everyone will enjoy!
